Even with its faults, the U.S. health care system remains the best in the world. That's something to keep in mind as Barack Obama and Congressional Democrats attempt to perform major surgery on the system. The information in the graphic was provided by Rep. Supporters of universal, government-run health care believe the U.S. should establish a system like those found in Canada, Great Britain and the other European nations that have socialized medicine. The data, however, show that American health care is superior to that available in those countries.
