'Get Help Now, Pennsylvania' launches

Gov. Ed Rendell must be schizophrenic. He wants to help Pennsylvanians in need, but won't acknowledge that many of his policies have created the economic climate the placed so many state residents in distress.

Rendell keeps forgetting that he's been governor for the past seven years.

From a press release issued by the Rendell administration:
Many Pennsylvanians -- like other Americans -- are struggling financially due to the national recession. Nearly 115,000 Pennsylvania homeowners were delinquent with their mortgages in the first quarter of 2009. In 2008, there were 42,949 foreclosures across the state - an increase of 127 percent from 2007. As foreclosures continue to rise, so does credit card debt and bankruptcies.
There's help available for Pennsylvania residents struggling financially (see release below) but Rendell and Obama have to stop blaming everyone else for their sorry economic records.
