How the mighty have fallen in Pennsylvania

Interesting article by Robert Swift in the Citizens Voice newspaper about the downfall of some of the most powerful politicians in Pennsylvania since the ill-fated middle-of-the-night pay raise vote of July 2005.

From Swift's article:
Fate has turned sharply against a group of state legislative leaders who were all riding high seven years ago when they engineered a pay raise for themselves and their rank-and-file colleagues.

Five legislative leaders in power in 2005 have since been convicted or pleaded guilty to corruption charges involving misuse of taxpayer dollars.
